Challenges
Revamping the initial app version posed challenges, requiring a deep dive into the existing source code and the integration of new features in line with project requirements. Challenges linked to new OS releases on Android and iOS were tackled through a comprehensive review and strategic planning within the app solution. Prioritizing user feedback, we actively resolved issues, consistently improving the end-user experience.
Results
The Sales and Business teams collaborated to analyze information, paving the way for the digitization of the teaching process and establishing detailed requirements for the design and development team.
